05/31 I base my response time regarding household repair issues on the number of texts or calls from my wife within a 30 min.or 1 hour time span. After the third message about leaking water and strange sounds from the boiler, I reluctantly took a look at the puddle of water, hoped that the boiler would somehow spare me for the time being, and hang on for a bit longer. You already know the ending to this tale. Wayne was available. Came by within a couple of hours. Whenever I call this guy, he's there!! It's like he lives down the street. Great response time. Great work. In and out.
Really great service. Very professional and skilled. I would highly recommend Wayne and his team.
Wayne was a real pleasure to work with. He drove two hours round trip to access the required gas valve from the nearest supplier that had it in stock. Great service and will be on my quick call list to solve my boiler issues.
