I had a negative experience with this company regarding poor communication from their technician. Approximately few weeks ago, my heater stopped working, and I contacted the company for service. Within an hour of the visit, I was presented with a bill exceeding $400 for charging the motor, without any prior explanation or authorization before the work was completed. Three days later, the heater stopped working again. I requested a follow-up inspection, and I subsequently received an $800 bill, which included a $350(2hrs) service fee along with charges for additional parts that were allegedly not functioning. Once again, no one communicated with me before proceeding with the repairs, nor did they obtain approval or confirm my ability to proceed with the associated costs. This pattern raises

Needed our nozzle bled, technician replaced pump without talking/asking first. The job was over $600. We were pretty upset. What if we didn’t have the money? I wanted to let Nr. Horney informed because I spoke with him last year. He called me over a weekend on his own time last year and was still friendly. The offfice talked me into telling them and it was a mistake. We are nice people and were told they will no longer service our equipment. I asked why and got no reason. Just said ‘per the owners’. This is why communication is key. Theresa was the most unprofessional and rude person. When I called her she immediately started telling me about situations that had gone in on the following days that made me go into defense mode. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They came out to repair my heater but did a poor job communicating what the actual issue was. The technician replaced multiple parts without properly explaining what was wrong or why those parts needed to be changed, and I was charged a very high amount for the service. Unfortunately, just three days after the repair, the heater stopped working again. This makes me question whether the correct diagnosis was ever made in the first place. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a proper fix and at the very least, clear communication about the problem and the repairs being done. Instead, I was left with the same issue and an expensive bill. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Our boiler stopped working during the snow storm and we couldn't get anyone out to fix our heat because our lot wasn't plowed yet. Mr. Horney sent his men over with his personal Skid Steer and plowed a path to get his men in there to fix our boiler. They got our heat up and running in no time and when I asked how much for plowing my lot he wouldn't take my money. Highly recommend these guys, very hard to get good customer service these days
