The team really cares about the quality of their work. I had a few extra things in addition to cleaning like clearing over hanging branches as well as installing a missing cover for a roof harness. They are very communicative throughout the process. I also got videos and images of the with along the way. They even do a drone shot over your roof to show the completed work! The roof looks amazing just like new.

Excellent service from H&G Roof Cleaning! They responded very quickly to my inquiry and were professional throughout the process. TL;DR: DO NOT HIRE. This company does not respect your property (leaves debris behind) or you as a customer (denies photographic evidence that they left behind a lot of debris). I deeply regret hiring this company, so do not make the same mistake. They cleaned the roof as any other roof cleaning company can do. They claim to use a special treatment to make the roof shine, but it’s nothing that other roof cleaning companies do. My specific issue with them is that they left behind a ton of debris in my yard and refused to come back and clean it up. There’s large pine tree branches now sitting in my front yard. I had our gardener clean our front yard the day before they serviced it. These aren’t small debris. This is a 4’ long pine tree branch along with other 1’ to 2’ long branches scatter

showed up on time/early. Trimmed overhanging tree branches, cleaned skylights and gutters. Efficient and pleasant workers....done in 2hrs. Recommend...
