We have utilized HH Cleaning Services for just 3 months but they have knocked it out of the park on every occasion cleaning our condo rental. We have received compliments from our guests about the cleanliness on multiple occasions. And beyond that, twice they have gone above and beyond around scheduling request and quick turnarounds. They are great people and feel like partners with my wife and I. I highly recommend them!!!

We have a rental unit and were actually pleased with the service, none of our guests had complained about cleanliness of our condo, but ironically, we are here for a few months and have had a horrible experience. They sent a completely inept, unprepared cleaner and even after having her come back, the job was extremely poor. To be fair, we didn’t follow up AGAIN (for personal reasons I explained, but won’t go into here) When I finally was able to call to discuss the matter and explain why we were tardy in dealing with this issue I was met with a barrage of curt, rude threats of being reported to collections. Seriously 0 to 60 over one late payment for one cleaning. Very unprofessional and off putting behavior.
