We're new to the area and didn't really know who to go with, but we lucked out with H&H after our home suffered hail damage. The father and son ownership team was on site for the whole job (all of the shingles on our roof were replaced); I was extremely surprised and had a lot of peace of mind knowing they were overseeing things directly. We have a very large roof and I was expecting it to take anywhere from 4-7 days -- they were done in 2 full days. This was in full North Carolina sun and 95+ degrees. I work from home so this was huge in terms of them being in and out. They seemed to have a very hardworking crew that was considerate of our property throughout the job, and cleanup was perfection. Mr. Hernandez fixed a leak in my roof that other roofers were not able to find. He took photos of everything and included them with the quote. They showed up when they said they would, fixed it, and later sent the invoice with photos during the repair and finished results. I will recommend these guys anytime I hear anyone needing roofers.

Very pleased with H&H. We had a very difficult type of roof repair where others had failed but H&H came through with resolving our issue. They were timely, professional and left the work area clean. I don't think I could find a more fair price for their quality work. Will recommend to family and friends and know who to call in the future for any roof repairs. I am also going with them to add a chimney cap as when I bought my home it did not have one. Thank you H&H, you are a rare type of professional that is hard to find these days.

Best customer service ever! They came when they said they would throughout whole process, always available to answer my questions, and cleaned up thoroughly after installing the roof.
