H&H Well Drilling

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with H&H Well Drilling needs to be shared so other homeowners know what they’re getting into. The initial quote was very reasonable—cheaper than competitors—and they present themselves as a great company to work with up front. Coming highly recommended by trusted friends and contractors, I expected a much better experience. From start to finish, the biggest issue was communication—or the complete lack of it. I made the company fully aware that my home had minimal to no water. After drilling was completed, it became clear the new well had likely cased off what little supply my existing well had left. I was told I would “most likely” be placed in emergency status to help get water restored quickly. That never happened. Days went by with no u

It might sound a bit cheesy but I couldn't be more serious... Their motto on the truck says "one call does it all", and it COULD NOT BE MORE TRUE. My story is a little bit complicated but the jist is that even when I tried to go a cheaper route, H&H technicians like Sam were unbelievably helpful, available and willing to help and give me endless information and guidance over the phone. The end result was that after "the other guy" got paid for fixing the issue and the issue wasn't fixed, H&H literally came out and fixed it for cheaper and we had been without water for almost 3 days over a week's span. Joe and 'cowboy' were absolutely awesome. As professional as they come, knowledgeable, and got right to work fixing the issue. Thank you, SAM!! Thank you, Joe!! H&H will take care of you

This company is absolutely the best! They answered all my questions and were here fast. The workers are the best! They answered questions and kept us updated as they worked. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and all the men that worked on our well. I am truly grateful for all they have done for us . Thank you so much H&H you're the best!!!

H&H made the best out of a horrible situation. Our well went dry days before Thanksgiving - they worked all night Thanksgiving Eve to get us redrilled and back to functioning. Their crew continued to check on us through the holiday and the weekend after. Thank you so much for getting our family and our farm back up and running!
