I had nothing but great service from Angel, the Technician sent by Hi-Tech Heating Corporation, to install the AC unit for my apartment. His customer service was very professional and thorough. I particularly liked the fact that when all was done to my total satisfaction, he made sure both the roof and the laundry room were clean and in perfect condition. Good job!

I don’t usually have time to review a company. But this company was absolutely wonderful. I got there phone number from a colleague at work who highly recommended them to my wife and I. We had no heat in mid October in our house and they arrived in 40 minutes and repaired our boiler system and set our thermostats to a schedule. The tech arrived and then a supervisor (Steve). This guy was just a pleasant person who took his time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. 3 words- Efficient responsive knowledgeable. Not sure if pricing was too high. But you get what you pay for. Thank you Hitech

Horrible scammers. They repaired my AC unit by taking it for a chemical bath(it wasn’t cooling). Afterwards, the unit started leaking. When we showed them they said it is because of the building structure because there is no pipe outside. But the AC was fine before the chemical bath which makes me think that installation was not done correctly. The technicians however did not want to look through our service history and just blamed the structure. Undermining customers and not looking through facts is what makes technicians scammers. Which these Hi-Tech professionals are.

Had a home visit from Steven Behrens from Hi-Tech Friday 16th of June. We needed help with installing a new exhaust in the bathroom and change the base boards to new radiators. I was told he was going to work on the quote over the weekend and send it over to my latest by Monday. After 1 week I had not heard back so sent an email to follow up. No replay, 3 days later I emailed and asked if he still was interested in doing the job. I then got a reply apologizing that he hadn't been able to send the quote but promised to do so later that day. 2 days later still no quote so I emailed to follow up. I called 4 weeks after the home visit on July 16th and reached the office who promised me to send the quote with in the next hour. The best experience I have ever had from a company that is in a service and technical field. Not only did they come within I believe it was a hour but I was up and running before I broke a sweat. Pricing was also great.
