Stay away from this company. We hired them to replace two old PTACs in our apartment. 1) We asked for the same units we had but they recommended a different model, which happened to be inferior. 2) When we told them we did not like them they came up with hidden terms and conditions that had never been disclosed to us . 3) When cold started, the units were not working. They claimed it was an issue with the actuators and asked for extra $1000 to replace them. 4) Actuators happened to be in perfect condition, but the PTAC units where not correctly installed. They never followed up. We had to find someone else to fix the issue. 5) They refused to provide paperwork and bills.. We had to chase them for weeks. Terrible customer service.
