We can’t say enough good about this company. We were just passing through with our fifth wheel RV when we ran into a mechanical problem with our trailer. We thought it might be wheel bearings. Mike was busy but took time out to come to our location and see what was going on. He went above and beyond and was able to fix our brakes on site. The service was great! You could tell he really cares about people. The price was affordable, and his workmanship was great.

We had a very disappointing experience with Hi Tech Truck Refrigeration Service, INC. They charged us to repair a reefer transportation unit, but the unit never worked after the repair. We contacted them again to report the issue, but they did not return our calls or provide any follow-up support. Despite paying for a service that did not resolve the problem, they have refused to reimburse us. Poor communication . We would not recommend this company based on our experience

They're excellent with reefers refrigeration and mechanic work... Not too savvy with electrical light work they fixed my trailer lights and now they still don't work but other than that they're a really good bunch of people and their mechanic work and refrigeration work is top notch just don't ask him to run an extension cord 😜😜😜😜

Had ac compressor and high pressure line replaced, lasted 20 mins after leaving and started blowing hot and engine fan wouldn't shut off, took it back and was told they put to much freon in the system, left again and ac would not get cold and then went back hot, come to find out they did not replace the orifice tube on the cab ac or the expansion valve in the sleeper ac after putting a brand new compressor on.

Always excellent service. Had me up and running in a little over an hour on a job that Carrier or most any other shop would charge by the book for 6-8 hours.
