Harold and his crew have transformed a very ugly bathroom into a beautiful place to be. Steven is a master craftsman who really listened to me and understood my vision for the space. They stayed on schedule and in three weeks I had a beautiful new bathroom! The whole experience was exceptional! We will use Hiatt Construction and HVAC for all of our future projects.

We were referred to Harold and Zach by a fried and another client of theirs. I will be honest, I heard Germantown and Memphis in general was hard to nail down a reliable contractor. But Harold and Zach showed up, they showed up on time, and they showed up professional and ready to help us. We planned a full bathroom remodel with them. They had their most reliable sub-contractor on it. Gus is a phenomenal guy. He helped us pick out the right tile, design the layout and the finishing touches. Harold and Zach got their window guys out to replace the bathroom window, since there is a weird fascination in Germantown with stained glass. Also, three words: custom shower doors. Zack and his team were great to work with. Very professional, on time, clean and respectful of my property and were knowledgeable and trained. I was surprised at how much technology has improved and how much better my home feels after the upgrade with Trane equipment. They inspected my entire system and even found and repaired a leaking supply line and added a return air Line after doing his calculations and finding I did not have enough return air for 30 years. It made a huge difference especially on those hot Memphis days. It’s refreshing especially in this day and age to find a contractor that takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Hiatt and his team.

Had an amazing experience with Hiatt. Was quoted literally 3x the amount from solace to patch a leak and recharge my system with Freon. Hiatt never pushed me to buy a new unit. Very professional and fair company and will absolutely come here with my business again.
