Do not come between 11:30 and 1pm unless you want to wait in a lobby with nobody there. No signs explaining that it’s lunch hour or anything. Called them and they finally answered and explained they were short staffed. Lobby full of customers before someone finally came out from the back and seemed surprised to see us all waiting.
