Purchased a glass shower door from HD. HD was able to find an installer for us. After issues with the glass shower door the installer stated that the install was not high on his priority list. He told us he would not come back and install the shower doors. We were lucky enough to find Hicks & Son Home Improvement. We sent a chat on their website and within 15 minutes heard back from Hicks. We agreed on a date and price. After I sent pictures of shower area & shower door. Gary performed the install flawlessly and work area was protected. After the install we talked about the door and maintenance procedures. Hicks was a lifesaver, we purchased the door on 12/8/23 and finally had the install on 6/12/24. We highly recommend Hicks and Son Home Improvement.

My nephew n his family lived here for free for 4 years n he claimed to have fixed things but all he did was screw it up, to the point of possibly cause a fire. I contacted Gary n he came quickly n replace all the outlets n put in a new smoke detector. He also is fixing my hot water heater n the heater in my place. He was thorough n extremely knowledgeable. He was a God send. He even order all the parts i needed n took pics of my hot water heater n found out it had a 6 year warranty, which i never would of found out if not for Gary. He truly is the best at what he does.
