Hidalgo's renovation

Freddy used to be a true professional. I've hired him on several occasions to paint both the interior and exterior of my home. He has now expanded his business into renovations, and his quality has suffered greatly. This is not their area of expertise. Sloppy, sloppy work. Freddy is impossible to get in touch with and doesn't respond to messages. I have asked repeatedly for him to come fix cracked grout (only a few weeks old). He says he'll show up then no call/no shows and doesn't respond to messages. I've been extremely patient, and I've given him more than enough attempts to make it right. Never again will this man receive business or a recommendation from me.
