We purchased our Hiddenbed last month. We were very happy with Keith's assistance in helping with our selection, purchase and scheduling of delivery. The delivery and setup/installation where on schedule and very professional. The appearance and quality of the final product is all we expected in a nice piece of furniture. Just had my Hiddenbed from Hiddenbed of Oregon delivered and set up and it's going to work perfectly. With living in a tiny home and obtaining new employment where I'm working from home, this was the perfect option for making the best use of space for my small bedroom/office. I have one of the smallest home models in the tiny home community where I live and I'm actually able to have a queen sized bed now. I can't say enough good about the product and service of Hiddenbed. I make a point of buying local and I was not disappointed with Hiddenbed of Oregon. Keith listened to my needs and helped me pick out the perfect bed. It was delived to my home and set up by two competent installers. They were clean, polite and did a very nice job attaching my bed to the wall. The craftsmanship of the bed is solid, real wood with several finishes to choose from. Upon my request, Keith provided me a piece of wood with the stain I had pick for my bed so I'm able to match other furnishings to go with my bed. Super nice people and I'm completely satisfied with my purchase!

Really happy with the experience at Hiddenbed. We needed to convert a small guest room into an office, we wanted something well built that would last but didn't break the bank. Hiddenbed really delivered in spades. These beds are really well designed and made, of course the first thing after install is the whole family of four hopped on, not a groan or wiggle from the bed. We really appreciated the big selection of designs and finishes too. I'm kinda an over shopper and found Hiddenbed was in a nice middle ground on price. Cheaper products are generally not real wood or lacking things like the lift support, desk options, etc. Being custom made of course gives you lots of extra options, but they didn't have the huge premium price of others I looked at.
