I'd give a zero if I could, worst service I've ever received in my life. They never call you back, set the appt you wait all day and when you call them your the problem. Just had a brand new ac unit installed. The install didn't go as planned, we had to clean up and get rid of the old stuff. Now having major issues on the labor done, duct work falling off and once again waited all day. Was told again that someone should have called to say no one was coming and I need to call someone else to fix it. Really after just spending 6800.00 dollars

I’d give a zero if allowed. I won’t do business with or recommend this company again. I used this company for my AC replacement and repairs several times and was told my Freon leak was probably the coils. When I called this company in September 2020 I asked to get my leaking AC coils replaced. I found out I still had a few days left on my AC system warranty and wanted to get the covered part ordered before the warranty was over and was assured by Morgan who verified with the owner the part was ordered and they would call me when the part came in and they would install for a labor fee. I have called repeatedly since September and left many messages to give me status of replacement to no avail. Now since it’s out of warranty I cannot get a different company to replace it under warranty. It i

I originally called to get a split unit taken down from inside . ( disconnect the electrical) 340.00 dollars later ... split unit still on wall and unit not working... I never recieved the service I originally called for , got talked into something else , and still no A/C. ? Was told I' d need a whole new system... ( 4000$) All I wanted was the split unit taken down.... ?
