Used Higgins for a simple swap of 2 recessed ceiling lights. Installer showed up without the lights which we were assured he would bring with him, proceeded to go to Lowe's to buy them, billed us for travel time plus an hour of additional labor he did not provide. Installer was at our home for a total of 25 minutes and assured us we would not be billed for the travel time since it was their error, but we were still billed for 1.5 hours labor plus a hefty upcharge on the lights from Lowe's. After a call to the owner, we got the labor lowered to an hour (which was still more than they provided). Owner was rude, office staff was inept, and we will never use this company again. Would highly discourage any other potential customers from using Higgins electric.

HIGGINS ELECTRIC > DREAM TEAM TURNED IT AROUND. Must read! New to the Media area, just closed on a condo and 1 day later … ELECTRIC ISSUES! With specific electric outage switch issues throughout the new (but dated) place (ie kitchen, dining room and bedrooms). I thought I was being Punk’d - I haven’t even unpacked! Called HIGGINS ELECTRIC - I spoke to Theresa (so nice and solution-oriented), who put me at ease and ultimately dispatched some of their best electricians > Krista and Bob! Krista and Bob both came (after confirming every step of the way via text or call/ their arrival, next steps etc)… masked, helpful, kind, friendly- PROFESSIONAL >> straight to the point. Like CSI-“Where’s this issue!? What did you experience, etc” They both went to their detective work. Very thorough,

This company is very experience will come out in a emergency works nearly and follows up I will reccomend them
