Seth and Trent arrived on time and got to work straight away. From removing both doors and hardware to installation of new hardware and doors, their skillsets were very evident every step. Seth addressed my concerns about clearances. These gentlemen are highly professional and appreciated by my wife and I very much. The final result speaks for itself. They exceeded my expectations. On a nice evening, I'm looking forward to sitting on my driveway, cooler of adult beverages available and admiring Seth and Trent's craftsmanship. C.H.I. is a very good product to choose. Higgins provided a fair quote on the work we needed completed. They asked for a modest down payment to get materials ordered and called to immediately schedule the work once they had our door. The installation crew arrived on time, completed the replacement in a timely manner, showed me how everything operated and left absolutely no mess for me to clean up. I would highly recommend this company!

I had a general contractor install a new overhead door in August 2025. He was already doing a lot of work in my home. I've had many issues with that overhead door. Each time contractor came out to fix it, at least 7 times, he only made it worse. I finally called Higgins and Bob came over and properly fixed everything that was wrong. Turns out it was a bad installation. Bob had to take a lot of the frame and clips apart and reinstall it for me. I'm so happy with Bob's work, and the office staff is great too. I highly recommend Higgins Overhead Doors, and I would give them more stars if I could!
