My wife and I have been using Higgins Oil to service our heating system and for fuel since we bought our house in 2020. The service has always been great. Last week we had a small incident and oil spilled in our basement. The owner, Bob, responded within ten minutes to start the cleanup process. They did a great job cleaning up the mess. Besides that, everyone in the company is very polite, educated in what they do and honestly a pleasure to deal with. I’m very thankful we have a company like this in our community!

I have been a customer for 6 years. The homeowner prior to us was a customer for many years. I have ALWAYS been treated with kindness and they have gone out of the way to accommodate us. When I call they come to deliver right away even when it is at the last minute. I can find oil cheaper but refuse to because of the service we receive from Higgins Oil.

Our family has used them as our service provider for many decades, at multiple household locations. There is a good reason why we use their services both for fuel oil and for burner service. Simply put----they have never let us down---and that included the occasional emergency service over all the years. I give them the full 5 star rating Generally all the happily satisfied customers never make a comment---only those few that have had a bad experience, i read some negative comments---maybe those are customers who did not pay their bills---and could not procure additional services---I've never in my personal 28 years using Higgins , have I ever experienced that customer rudeness or unresponsiveness Higgins is a good honorable locally owned family business. give them the full 5 star rating

I am not a customer, I care for my grandson at my sons home. One snowy day one of there drivers got in an accident and ended up quite a few feet into his yard. The driver told my son he would be back when the snow cleared to fix the ditchs the truck left in the lawn. A couple months later snow gone and ground thawed. The driver DID infact come back with a shovel, rake, and seed. Today you can not even tell it was an accident. So this driver was raised right in my book.
