They are professional and know exactly what needs to be done. I will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs. They installed a water softener system and a sump pump in our home, and everything is working great.

Came back from a walk at noon today to no hot water and a leaky, busted water heater. My first call was to High 5. After experiencing a pretty impressive AI call center, they reached out right away to confirm my appt. Jose arrived around 330 and quickly diagnosed the issue and Daniel showed up about 30-40 min later to start the work. He ran into issues with my gas pipes and called in Evan for backup, they had the water heater replacement job wrapped up in a few hours.
