This company was so great! Our water heater started leaking late last night, I called early this morning (Saturday) and they sent out Ricardo within about an hour or so. Ricardo was awesome too, very knowledgeable and quick! I did a ton of research before reaching out to troubleshooting myself and also check our options in case of worst case scenario. As soon as he found the issue, his first suggestion happened to be exactly what I was looking into in my research so that was cool. Ricardo started and finished in about 2-3 hours, including time to have a new water heater brought to our house by his team. 10/10 recommend this company, I’ve dealt with plumbers in the past and was left feeling uneasy and taken advantage of. These guys are quick, transparent, and more than fair in my opinion. G

Professional and thorough. Great eye contact, knowledgeable, solution oriented, providing options to repair work and therefore, charges. Personable & experienced. I trust Miranda & Leo to work on, and be in, my home. My kitchen& main bath are my own again. They work fast and excellent customer service. I will hire them again.

High 5 did a great job at replacing my water heater. Job was completed the next day after choosing them since their quote was very affordable compared to other quotes. Jose and Michael were both extremely professional. Thanks guys! 😉❤️

Called in with an emergency water heater issue after an electrical surge. Got a same day appointment with a great plumber- Matt. Following Matt’s testing & assessment was able to schedule a same day water heater replacement & an electrician. Fantastic service from Matt, Nathan, & Jesus. Jesus’ installed the water heater quickly, but very professionally. What was once a mess of pipes & soldering is now a neat and orderly connection. Only downside was that it was very expensive. On the other hand, I’m not too surprised I paid a premium for solving the problem the same day. I should note We have 2 curious cats. All 3 technicians were kind to the cats and careful to keep them from escaping outdoors or otherwise getting themselves into trouble.

Needed a plumber. Hired Corey at High 5 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric. Excellent service from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, he arrived when promised, and the work was done efficiently and at a high standard. He took the time to explain the issue and how to fix it was fixed. Corey was easy to work with and he gave me alternative options too. Honest, professional, and reliable - highly recommended.
