High Chimney Repair & Cleaning

I called to have a chimney inspected and A vent for the dryer cleaned I was quoted $159 and when the repairman got here, he looked around and said it would be $299. I told him no way he told him to leave and now the company is after me for $159 for Giving me Estimate of the job

I had them install my chimney last year. However, when I recently called them to schedule a cleaning, they claimed they didn't recognize their own work and asked me to provide proof of installation. After I showed them the proof, they finally scheduled an appointment—only for them to not show up! To make matters worse, they completely ignored my calls and never responded. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend them to anyone based on this terrible experience.

Very unprofessional. I called a month in advance to schedule a cleaning like I always do for the last 3 years. I called the day before my schedule cleaning to get a time frame and the lady is like I will call you in the morning with a time frame. Next day I get nothing. I call them at 11:00. Leave them a message. Still nothing from them. I call again at 1:30. Puts me on hold for a few minutes to tell me. My window is between 3:00 and 5:00. I wasted my whole morning. Thanks for nothing. And I spent $6,000 with you guys

Awesome service. My husband was home when two young men showed up to inspect my Fireplace and Chimney in my new Townhouse. He said they were so polite and very professional. The also told him we didn’t need the chimney cleaned (honest too, didn’t try to charge us for something we didn’t need). They also gave advice on placement of the grate and what kind is the best to use. 5 Stars!!!!

Matthew was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He returned the next day to install the correct cap on our chimney. We would highly recommend Mountain Chimney!
