High Country Metals has been supplying my roofing company with metal and they are experts in their field. Fair prices, excellent service, and what I appreciate most is their attention to detail. We are lucky to have this metal supplier and fab shop in the Ark Valley.

Every order has been perfect--on time, with everything included and they treat the product very carefully to not scratch or dent it. They've been a huge resource for our business with custom pieces, product knowledge and fantastic communication. They know all the angles!

Great customer service great prices and quality metal

I have been working with these guys for years. I have always received exactly what I ordered (even the pain in the tail custom orders), in a timely manner. The ladies in the front are very knowledgeable and have been a joy to work with. I would absolutely recommend working with these folks and I have every intention of continuing to do so. Keep up the strong work guys!

Terrible customer service. After explaining multiple times what I needed, SCREWED UP THE ORDER, didn’t take any responsibility. Very unhelpful. Will never buy from this company again. - Good try with your response, however it is completely invalid. You wanted us to pay for your mistakes after we went over the dimensions MULTIPLE TIMES. I don’t know how we could’ve made it more clear to you folks about what we needed ordered. Instead of being understanding, your employee got an attitude and hung up! Also, before retaliating on a business that has nothing to do with me, maybe try doing business right in the first place.
