Outstanding Heat Pump Work by Joshua (High Efficiency) Joshua from High Efficiency did an exceptional job on our heat pump installation. His workmanship was excellent, but what really stood out was his attitude and problem-solving. He coordinated everything smoothly and even helped us save valuable storage space in the attic, which we really appreciated. He crawled deep into a very narrow cathedral ceiling space to install a much-needed heat supply in our living room—work that most people would complain about or refuse to do. We also had a failing attic ladder, and instead of making it an issue, Joshua adapted and worked through it without hesitation. We asked High Efficiency to stop by and check our oil heating burner, furnace and system. We were concerns it was not heating to the temps on the thermostats and that the furnace might be faltering. Service manager Patrick and his assistant Sebastian were on the call. They checked everything out, discussed their analysis with us in detail, offered some helpful ideas, and reassured us that all was in order. I’m a tough grader when it comes to service, but I have to say High Efficiency truly impressed me. They installed the HVAC system in my antique home on Cape Cod, and today they came by to swap filters and perform a system cleaning. I was particularly impressed with the younger technician working on the mini-splits. He was efficient, focused, and went out of his way to check if the rest of the crew needed a hand. Curious, I asked how long he’d been with High Efficiency. He said about a year and a half, having just graduated from technical school. When I asked how he likes it, he said, “It’s great—they’ve been very good to me.
