Russ and Val are amazing! They have patience and have worked with me on several pieces for over a year now - I started with 2 bureaus and a nightstand that were my moms that I wanted refinished. I agonized over what color to have these refinished in , but I had my vision. After several trips to the shop and finally locating the hardware I wanted to use , my vision came to life - the pieces look amazing and I couldn’t be happier with them ! Then , we moved on to a dinning table and rocking chair - both came out gorgeous! Their work is just beautiful! I highly recommend bringing your pieces to Russ & Val - they will bring them back to life ! Next up is an old trunk and then a record player … I have to find more pieces to bring to them because not only is the work they do outstandin

Our dining room table had some significant scratches. We had it refinished by High Grade Refinishing. The table now looks as good or maybe even better than new. Russell and Valerie are so friendly and easy to work with. We are very happy we had them do this work for us and highly recommend their services.

I wanted to get my wood cabinet doors redone. Sanded stained and protected. Russ had me send pictures gave me a price. He/they did a wonderful job. They look new. He gave me a timeline to get them done as it was a big project. 36 doors and 10 drawers. Daunting to us. Not to him /them. I only talked with Russ but know his daughter also works there. She probably worked right with him. Such quality work. He honored his price even though he did extra filling some cracks he saw. So happy!

Original Review (two stars): Misleading/incorrect info. on their website -- they acknowledge as much in an email. Why not just update the website??? Follow up/Edit (four stars) - the company has apparently corrected their website to remove the mention of a service they don't actually offer. This should avoid unnecessary wasted time and misunderstandings for both them and potential customers in the future. That's good. They repeatedly emailed me after seeing my original review and even asked me to change my review which I am now doing (two stars to four). Their doggedness is a little surprising.
