great experience!! They came out the same day I called, which was a huge relief, as we had no heat. The technicians were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was quick and efficient, and I felt confident the job was done right. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing heating service

I’m extremely grateful for how responsive and professional this company was. They picked up my call immediately and accommodated same-day service when my toilet flooded and stopped working. The plumber Jesse, and his coworker took the time to explain the issue, fixed everything completely, and was transparent about pricing from the start. Friendly, honest, and thorough service—highly recommend.

Nick came out on a Saturday morning because we had no hot water. The price for the weekend visit was almost half what another vendor quoted us. Nick was assigned. He called in advance, called from the driveway, and followed instructions to the letter to access the basement from our bulkhead to avoid a crazy dog. I was impressed with the detailed questions he asked and his diagnostic skills. After his analysis, he presented two options to pursue and was honest and clear about the chances for success for both. I had researched some equipment prices in advance and what he presented was fair. He’ll be back Monday to finish, since parts/equipment aren’t available today. I’d recommend High Ground (the old Sanford) and especially Nick. He’s friendly, respectful, no-nonsense, educates and explain

Sean was professional, prompt and polite. He was very knowledgeable about my issues and concerns with my HVAC system. He was able to immediately see what I was concerned about and reassured me that my previous issues with the system were not an issue at the present time. I’m happy that he was here and that I don’t have to worry about it. I would recommend him and the company that he represents ( High Ground service pro).

I called High ground and was the only company to come out with short notice .. my furnace was only a year old and the company that installed it was MIA .. happy I did call high ground they were fast and easy to explain things to.. so Brendan was the on call guy and he was awsome .. made my girlfriend calm down after he explain what was going on .. thanks for the great work.. def call them for now on..
