High & Low Cleaning truly came through for my family when we needed them most. After my mother passed away, we were having friends and family back to our home following the services, and they were able to fit us into their schedule on short notice. That alone meant so much to us during such a difficult time. Crissy and Kristen, who work for High & Low, did an absolutely amazing job. The house looked spotless, fresh, and welcoming. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly kind. It gave us one less thing to worry about while we focused on being with family. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and compassion. Communication is excellent, they send me text messages if there is going to be any delay. Care is taken with all possessions, and any specific requests are remembered from one visit to the next. Those who come out are always friendly, efficient, and have great communication about being early or behind. Once here, I'm always asked about any changes, which I love. I have a dog that is old and very friendly, and everyone is kind and patient with him which means the world to me. If I need to reschedule, it usually is very easy to do so, but you get what you give, so be sure to be flexible and kind. They're a great group of people!
