Real estate agents need good inspectors to lean on! Spencer has been such an amazing resource for my buyers. He is conveniently local to Goldendale. He never hides problems, but helps them to understand that when a house is 50 years or 100 years old these are typical issues one can expect, etc. He helps people understand what they are buying so they can make an educated decision on weather or not to purchase the home. I think he has helped around 30 of my buyers so far and all of the inspections are carefully explained in the report and he goes over the main points when we meet him at the house. He's a good communicator both with me as the agent and with the clients.

Spencer did an excellent job inspecting a home our family was in the process of purchasing. He did not seem to mind at all that we were hovering and asking a ton of questions. The day was HOT! It was so hot that he could not get the heater(s) to turn on. Thankfully, without being asked, he went back a few days later, early in the morning, to test them.
