I also wanted to paint the balcony that faces Biscsyne Bay. I like to change everything as often as possible. At any rate Alex responded to my voice message and had a young man stop by to take some measurements as well as checking every doorway to make sure everything had clearance. The funny thing is while he was here he also noticed some paint chipping and water damage on our balcony’s ceiling which is really the bottom of our upstairs neighbors balcony.
