We scheduled an estimate for our office, and the company representative was a no-show at the agreed-upon date and time. After two calls on my end, a representative finally explained that she had trouble with the address and that our location is outside their designated service area. I was told a voicemail was left; however, I received no phone call or message. This company wasted my time with a confirmed appointment. It is unacceptable business practice to schedule an appointment and then cancel it without confirmed, direct communication with the customer. The lack of proactive follow-up and basic customer courtesy makes it appear they are not interested in new business.
