BEWARE - Confirm and Verify the material - (Used cheap replacements) - They installed a cheaper carpet and padding than purchased. My partner and I recently bought a custom home in Round Rock and was connected through High Tech Flooring and Design to look at the different options and upgrades that we could include the house. The representative was super nice and supportive in helping us pick our our design and going through all the options to have available. In the sense, we also felt compelled to upgrade both the carpet and Padding, specifically the spill guard and upgraded carpet pile lengths. After 2 months later, and closing on the house, we noticed one of our floor was really squeaky and had to pull up the carpet to make sure we can drill it in.... and upon inspection, we realized

We came to High Tech Flooring and Design based on a referral from a highly valued and trusted friend who owns rental properties in the area. Upon his recommendation, we contacted Enrique Juarez (Custom Account Manager) to commission a Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring install. From initial phone contact to warehouse visit through final phase of our three-step installation, we received nothing less than courteous, responsive and professional service. We have worked with High-Tech Flooring & Design a few different times! We got new flooring, a beautiful fireplace and most recently a whole bathroom remodel! The owners are amazing and set us up with Enrique. He was always responsive to calls and texts, took us shopping and was so patient with me when I totally changed my mind. He made sure he had his best installers come and work on our intricate design and they worked all day long for a few days making it so incredibly beautiful. Can't wait to work with them again on our next project!

I worked with Hi-tech flooring, Enrique specifically, to install new authentic hard wood floors in a new home I purchased (15 year old floors). He was so responsive, always immediately communicative of every step. My favorite part was how easy they were to work with, how quickly they communicated every step of the process, and even recommended me to another contractor to do other jobs in my home and coordinated schedules. They had a lot of work to get done in a very short time before I moved in, and my house looks like a brand new build after the job. 100% would work with them again and point any new customers towards them. 10/10 experience and the biggest thing for me was how easy to work with they are as a new home buyer that didn't have a lot of experience. Our house suffered damage in the freeze and our flooring needed to be replaced. Finding anyone to call you back or do work at this time (~Feb/Mar 2021) was just about impossible b/c people were so busy and had their own issues to fix. Once the water mitigation folks did their thing (different company) we were able to work with Enrique. After a little phone tag at the start Enrique was fantastic. He worked directly with our adjuster. Came out several times, worked with us on the right choice to change things out. We ended up not putting carpet back into part of the house and just ran the flooring throughout. It was a big project. They said 3 days and sure enough...3 days in and out.
