Tech was nice and friendly and worked with a sense of urgency. Did leave a little bit of mess in my home but nothing too bad; he did apologize for the mess and said he didn't have anything to clean it up with. Quick sweep and it was clean. Due to homeowners insurance it took some time to get my repairs approved but once the parts arrived they the tech came within 24 hrs notice and arrived on time. Would highly recommend!!!

High tech HVAC is the best company I’ve worked with and will be working with them on all projects moving forward. I’m a real estate professional that deals with a lot of homes and a lot of hvac contractors and HIGH Tech HVAC is the best I’ve come across. I’ll be referring them to all my clients in the future. They did a full central system install at my house including new vents/ducting, demoing old system, mini split system install in my basement, and dealt with all permits and inspections.

Highly recommend. I reached out and they sent a tech within 30 min and had our AC working in another 30 min. Our tech Sevak is as great and professional. Anytime I have an issue I will be calling them again.

I scheduled a repair and was told the technician would arrive between 1 and 4. No one showed up and I didn’t get a single update or courtesy call. When I called the office they acted like it wasn’t a big deal and offered to reschedule for the following week. No apology and no urgency. I ended up finding another company that actually cared.
