It is important to know the company you hire has integrity, morals and their customers best interest in mind. This company does not. This company came out to my fathers house and made mediocre changes to his septic system that actually ended up causing more damage to the system. I had to hire another company to come resolve the issue. The owners response... I couldn't link the issue to his work. My father passed away so he didn't know about this. I recommend using a company who values quality of their work as a top priority, especially for the elderly.
Mitch installed a Mo-dad for me and gladly took my payment, but when it came down to him emptying it he ghosted me for no reason. So I had to find a different company to empty the Mo-dad he installed.
