Erin posted her products on Facebook marketplace. I reached out, thinking her products look beautiful, but mentioned that I didn't trust purchasing through Facebook. I was reassured that she had a business, and that everything would be conducted via business invoice through her website. Of course, this gives a consumer a level of confidence rather than paying a stranger through Venmo, so I was happy. She gave me a turn time of three weeks from my order date. It has now been 2 months, and Erin has stopped replying. I've received many many excuses from Erin before she stopped replying, and am realizing it's getting to the point of legal action. Please do not trust Erin or this company (that she has stated is going out of business in October of this year anyways).

What a wonderful 1st experience. Then I turned over 2 pieces of furniture in late August for completion & delivery Oct 1. In September I visited the store that referred me to High Tide in Feb 2020,. I thanked the manager for the referral and expressed how pleased I was with the work. Later that evening the manager sent an email informing me a number of customers complaining they had not received their furniture. I was in disbelief. Erin seemed so lovely. I thought hoped it would be resolved. If only I had known weeks earlier. Oct 1 came and went with no word or response from Erin. Late Oct Erin sent emails to customers assuring us she would complete the jobs by end of Oct -early Nov. And thanked us for patience. On Facebook marketplace I purchased a painted server from Erin. I was in florida and scheduled to meet her the following day to pick it up and pay in person. The day of pick up she said she couldn’t meet me because she was out and about running errands for her business. But we were flying out the next morning. So she offered to ship it. Then came up with an idea that with her business she would be in High Point NC for business and could bring it to me then. I didn’t want to pay her before I received the server but she promised me she would send me a secure invoice and I could get my money back. I reluctantly paid it.
