Higher Ground Moving

We had an incredible moving experience with Higher Ground Moving from start to finish. Ruby, the scheduler, was great at making sure that everything went smoothly for us, and that we were informed at all times. The moving crew l, which included Zach, Brett and Leo, were absolutely stellar. They made sure that our furniture was treated with love, care and respect, and that everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. They also left everything spotless. We only used them for unloading 1/2 of a small semi trailer, but I would recommend them for any and all services you might need. They were fantastic!

The whole experience with Higher Ground Moving was perfect from start to finish. Ruby answered the phone and helped me get exactly what I needed and got me on the schedule quickly. She followed up a few days prior to the move to ensure I was ready. The guys who did my move were kind, professional and fun to work with. They did give me a card with their names on it so I could remember but I did move and it is gone. They were great though! See the in the photos! I will definitely use Higher Ground Moving again!

Bryson, Brett, Payton and Miguel were the best! This crew showed up and helped us so much!! Very considerate of the homes and belongings. They maximized their time to get the majority of our home moved. This crew understands the art of moving and time management.

Who would have thought we needed 2 trucks but their estimate was spot on. The guys were done an hour earlier than anticipated helping us save a few hundred dollars. Thank you to Brandon, Devon, Miguel and Davi for their patience, smooth transition of our belongings and great attitudes. You made our stressful week bearable! Hands down….great team!!!

From our original inquiry to waving goodbye to our moving team, Higher Ground Moving was incredible to work with. Ruby was delightful and coordinated our move with clear communication every step of the way. Everything happened just as she said it would, and there were no surprises or hidden fees. She answered all our questions and was available and responsive as changes came up on our side. We got a friendly reminder call from another person the day before to make sure we were all set (this call was so warm and enthusiastic it low key made my day), and then our moving team checked in with us before they headed to our place.
