Highgate Design was referred to us by one of my friends who had Highgate help design their kitchen. I saw the kitchen designed by Jenny and her sister and completed by a contractor recommend by Highgate Design, it is one of best kitchens I have ever seen, beautifully designed and rebuilt with all the details. We asked Highgate to help us design our master bathroom. It was a great experience. Jenny and her sister came to our house and took the measurement, and then we were asked to go to their office 3 -4 times to review and discussed the design. They are very patient, got what we need and came up with the design fitting our taste and need. All the visits are long, but well worth it. These people ruined my new kitchen. The two owners Jenny and Xiao claim to have more than 20 years of experience but are nothing more than scam artists. They took all the money in advance of the cabinet delivery and my installed found several egregious design flaws in the kitchen. They mis-designed the kitchen hood in violation of code and the panels of the fridge and freezer are two big. We tried to resolve the matter with them but they stalled for more than three months. We will be suing them. If you are considering buying anything from them, please beware. Before giving them any money, you may want to have the contract reviewed by your attorney.

We recently hired highgate design to help us remodel our bathrooms. We had wonderful experience with the team, very professional and exceptional design and recommendations. They helped us guide through all the details and the final results are so outstanding! We would use them again for our kitchen renovation in the future and recommend to all our friends and family! Absolutely horrible. Shocked that a reputed company such as Omega has given these guys a dealership of their cabinetry. The two owners do not have any clue about kitchen design and screwed up with the design of a very expensive kitchen. Customer service is non-existent and they are very very difficult to deal with. Look elsewhere.
