Beware of Highland Development We are an electrical contractor who completed work on the Central Rock Gym project in Orlando, Florida. Despite completing the job over two years ago, Highland Development still owes us over $134,000. Repeated attempts to collect payment have been ignored. This company appears to make its profits by taking funds from property owners while withholding payment from subcontractors who do the actual work. In our experience, they operate in bad faith and show no regard for fair business practices. Do not work with this company—whether you're a subcontractor or a property owner. Highland Development cannot be trusted to honor their financial obligations.

So, I guy called me to do some Concrete Work in City of Boston, was real efficient and super knowledgeable in the construction industry. The project went smooth and on schedule, I was impressed with the leadership and the staff on the project. They will be my first call in any other projects I need moving forward. Thank you to the team at Highland Development.

I am a sub contractor and like the rest of the reviews I have been chasing them for 3 years for payment. Time to sue these guys for triple damages and put them out of business. They collect the money from the owners they work for and don’t pay there subcontractors.
