I had a fence put in by Highland in 2018 I can honestly say they have come to repair the fence over 12 times. I can say this is the worst fence experience I have ever had in my entire life. I truly have nightmares anytime we have wind or rain knowing the fence will fall down because it typically does. My fence is currently down once again. I refuse to give this company another cent on repairs. I will be replacing this entire fence as soon as I am able. Do not waste your money on poor workmanship and lack of communication.

Highland fence installed white vinyl fence this week and they did not disappoint. After a very bad experience with a different fencing company ,Tom came out Immediately and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted! Him and his guys more than delivered and quickly too! I had a fence installed approximately 2 years ago. Recently I noticed that a line post was moving and obviously snapped under the ground. When I called HighlandFence, Tom one of the owners came over to see what was going on. After looking at the problem his response was that he would take care of it. Did not have a good experience at all recently. Communication was poor from the get go and I had actually responded via email approving the quote, but never heard back, so I guess they were not interested. Went with another fence company with lower pricing and great customer service.
