**Outstanding Service - Ask for Ro!** I cannot say enough good things about Ro at Highland Pest Control. He is hands down the best service professional we’ve ever worked with. Ro is an excellent communicator, incredibly flexible with scheduling, and always on time. What truly sets him apart is his willingness to find solutions that work for your specific situation. Our son has a rare disease, so we have to be extremely careful about chemical exposure while still wanting to enjoy our outdoor space. Have been using Highland for several years now. They have helped us with numerous ordeals, including subterranean termites trying to destroy our house to just simply keeping the roaches and other critters away at all times. These guys are great and have phenomenal customer service. I recommend them to everyone.

Amazing company!! Their employees are courteous and patient when I forget to leave the door unlocked!! Scott was so understanding and worked with me each appointment. Scott always gives me a heads up to my appointment and when he completed the spraying!! Highly suggest using them for your pest control needs!! And ask for Scott 😊

They could ONLY come over when they wanted, not when I was able to receive them. They didn't finish spraying the lawn in the back so months later they wanted their money. I said come and finish spraying and I will pay your what is owed, but they said NO, WE WANT THE FULL AMOUNT OR WE WILL REPORT YOU AS A BAD DEBT! I had to pay the full amount just to stop the harassment! Would NOT recommend! The weeds still came!
