Just wanted to stop by and share a review of my experiences in shopping at Highland Pool and Spa. As the owner of a small local pool service company, I find myself in a pinch at times to find things in a hurry. They have a nice assortment of items, and some things I would not have expected them to carry. And even though they are probably quite aware that I am a competitor, they are still always very helpful.

Called to inform a paying customer after 2 years of service they were never allowed to work on our spa as it jeopardizes their dealership - conveniently after they broke the cover to our hot tub during a service appointment. They will be hearing from our attorney. Do not recommend this company.
