Young guys like 21 or 24 years old. These guys just to patch up their mistakes that they did with my air conditioner. They didn't put jack or stand right that pulley was off as per told by their own people. They had like 10 people to do a small job. 10 people to do a simple job. I helped my pops build my mom's house so I know. They messed up my lights as well. Now they don't turn on. I can see the nails popping out of the ceiling. The supervisor hasn't even came by. They made an appt to come 10/3 in the AM. I canceled appts to be here and yet they haven't came. I called office and they supposedly had me on hold but was able to hear and yet nothing was being done. For 20 min on wait. Hung up called again. For what to say another lie. Called them for work outside of my home and they are way to expensive. The person that came to give me an estimate came smelling like cigarettes and spent more time on his phone rather than giving decent customer service. Every question I asked seemed like I was insulting him. Took them like 3 days to give me an estimate. But when I got it they were way to expensive. I work in construction but am a little to busy to do the job that I was asking them to take care of. They estimated over $3200 on a job that would cost me around 500-600 in supplies. Called several other construction companies and they all charged almost 1/3 of the price at around $1200. Deceptive business practices with contractual work through Lowe's and or Home Depot. Was contacted by a young woman named Sonia who is now claiming to be the company owner of High Ridge Construction. In good faith I verified my Home Depot account information for the appliance expected delivery/installation she said she received the work order from Home Depot for a stove ordered. I was told they would be coming between 8 am and 11 a.m. When they failed to show I called and spoke with a young lady named Brenda who told me that they provided installation services for Lowe's Home Improvement not Home Depot. Quick to respond to repair I needed with same day service. Fast, efficient, mannerly and made sure everything was working properly. I have to add that my DIL needed to fix the heater in the mobile home she is renting to my granddaughter and I suggested High Ridge when asked who I use, she ignored me and used another repairman that told her the heater was shot and she would need to purchase another for $1700.00, when I again told her to call High Ridge. She called, repairman came out and found the reason the heater was not continuing to stay lit was due to a blockage in the air flow vent, got it fixed and saved a bundle. Every time they would do a job something always happens afterwards with their work, so they have to always come back and not just twice maybe three and four times. Stealing from my residence. The owner (male) is very heartless, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. My air conditioner is not working properly after being fixed three times. I am a lung patient and need my air conditioner properly working. The owner told me to call an ambulance. They are contracted by the City of El Paso.
