We had Hightower install a Generac whole house generator. Mike and his team were great. He explained everything very clearly and was reasonably priced compared to other bids. He took the time to come to my house and provide an assessment of what would work best for us. Other contractors simply took a few pictures and emailed their bid. Mike procured and installed a whole home generator. The task was complicated by supply chain issues - the generator manufacturer blew through one promise date after another. Mike kept us informed through regular communication, and honored his very competitive quote. Once the job was complete he walked me through the maintenance and normal operation of the generator. I had Hightower Electrical replace some light fixtures and solve some exterior lighting problems at Station Road Self Storage. Mike went above and beyond to get the job done right. Before Mike came out less than half of the lights were working properly. When the job was finished every light was shining brightly including some new LED fixtures.
