Welch WV State Road has some wimps as far as the grass-cutting machine goes..They are scared to drive it on our hill but 10-15 years ago now those guys actually worked for their payday and they weren't always leaning on a shovel or a rake! Now they just drive out of site up some hollow to sleep or play on their phones.
I wish I could put ZERO stars! Drove from Naples FL. And every state south INFORMS motorists of delays! You-all block 77 in the middle of the day for 4 hours without warning. Bad-Sad
