I lost water at 11pm 6 days before Christmas I called Hildebrandt’s the next day. Casey showed up within a half hour. Other companies were not available until late January. We discussed what scope could be possible after he determined the well pump was bad and gave me a detailed quote covering the worst case scenario. The next day he showed up right when he said he would and finished when he said he would. New pump, wire and pipe as well as raising my casing far above flood level, these guys did great work. Dependable, quality and no hidden fees I couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone.

Our water well system stopped working late yesterday evening. We had a house guest here and another coming the next day so it really wasn’t a good time for this. Caleb came out very early the next morning and quickly found the problem. Bad relay in a very old pump control box. We decided to replace the whole box. Had all the parts needed on his truck and we were back up and running within an hour. All at a very reasonable cost. As he worked, he taught me a lot about the system. I’m a DYI kind of person so I love learning stuff like this. Really appreciated how timely, friendly and professional the service call was. Highly recommend this company.

This company is your one stop shop for well assistance. They are the quickest I have ever seen. They made us feel like a priority ans always shared their knowledge.
