I can’t say enough good things about Andrew Hill! He came out today to service my AC. Not only did he show up right on time, but he took the time to walk me through everything he was checking. I actually learned more in one visit than I ever did from my previous “big company” techs who constantly tried to upsell me on something. You can tell Andrew truly cares about his customers and his work. As a small, family-owned business, he’s the owner AND the technician, so you’re dealing directly with the guy who has skin in the game.
