"It simply can't get any better" which is why we are on our 3rd order with HCWD! From 3 yrs ago when we had them replace old side-by-side widows to a picture window, to one month ago where we replaced 2 bedroom windows damaged by a large hail storm & following John's suggestion on new type/style/brightness frame out to now, a full patio door replacement, again with another brilliant suggestion by John, is in the works. The precision, the timing, the quality cannot be matched. I've watched them at work, I liken them to a surgical team, one doing his assigned work, moves to the side, the next team member comes forward with his assignment - no stopping, little conversation, everyone is ready with their task (yes, I was in the medical field!). I don't know how much I can thank JJ price for the process of ordering the windows and doors. He stayed in contact with me during the entire project. Notified me of lead time delivery, details on the windows, and door from basic to 8' door with partial glass. As a contractor man, it feels good to know a company that is close by to answer all questions relating to windows and doors. My pictures are located in boot ranch. Converting a patio space to an office space. The sizes, which are around 65 wide by 75 1/2 H. They were heavy. Definitely will be doing more business. I can't rate these guys highly enough! My wife and I live in Austin, TX and spent months researching new windows for an entire home renovation.
