I’m sorry I didn’t get to experience the passion other reviewers witnessed. I was expecting them between 3 and 5 pm. At 7 they discovered the telephone and called to say they were tied up at another job. Can they come the next day. Be careful with your information with these folks. They gave my telephone and address to multiple plumbing companies (Angi, Len, tomorrow there may be more.

TL;DR - They never showed up and hung up on me when I called for an update. I scheduled an appointment for noon-2pm. I called around 2:15 because nobody showed up and their operator said the handyman was on his way and would contact me soon. I called around 2:45 for an update since nobody contacted me and was told the same thing. I called again around 3:15 and they hung up on me before I could say anything. Just in case I was accidentally disconnected, I called again, but the same thing happened. Really unprofessional behavior from top to bottom. The handyman never showed and never contacted me to let me know he couldn't make the appointment. The operator gave me bad information about the handyman's status and hung up on me when I tried to find out what was going on.
