My mother was attacked by her neighbors dogs across the street. The cuts to her face required 15 stitches. Thank God she didnt fall or the outcome could have been much worse. She was just trying to check her mail and ended up in the ER. I'm giving one star review until these neighbors behaviors are addressed. This is not the first time their dogs have behaved aggressively and have been off their leash. They need addressed and their animals need to be appropriately managed or kept inside. Don't recommend this living space if you have kids or elderly who are at risk of being attacked.

Do not move in! They set ya up all nice then it flips! They are offering vets fire police 5% discount on rent on move in but vets veen here forever loyal paying rent get NOTHING roads tore up rent raised every year ...DO NOT MOVE IN NOT WORT IT

They started out relay nice, but they never fixed the siding on the trailer(which made my 9 month old sick), and we never got the back door steps(which was a safety hazard). After we moved out, it took them 43 days to complete the final inspection, which they blamed a burst pipe on us, and then it took 71 days after the end of the 30 day notice, for them to finally get us our security deposit back after I had to cite the law and threaten my lawyer on them. Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. They do not care about you, only your money. I don’t suggest anyone ever move in here while on hard times. Just a reply to your response, the 30 day notice was done through email as Trixie stated was fine. It was sent on December 26,2024 and expired on January 26,2025. I really like how you’

The new owners need to do their part and help out the residents that pay good money to live there. They have no one to plow the snow off the road, and many that live there are senior citizens. Not to mention a ton of maintenance that needs done and the list goes on.

The experience me and my husband had was absolutely ridiculous yall need to get your crap together
