Just in time, the team from Hiller replaced the HVAC system that quit working the day before a very cold weather front was upon us. They responded quickly, diagnosed, scheduled and had installers there the next morning. That afternoon and night the temps dropped below freezing. Had our tankless water checked out due to a leak from it. Received quick service. I also like how they send text messages with your technicians info/picture before they arrive. Very good feature in a business such as this. I recommend this company.
Came out and had my furnace up and running in an hour. Showed up on the same day I called. Explained to me what wad bad, test the old part in front of me to show me and showed what was replaced. The technician also checked out the rest of my unit and tested air flow telling me it was in very good working order. Very please with friendly and efficient service, would highly recommend.
They charged me 230 dollars for a blown fuse that I could’ve gotten at my local AC store. The fuse cost was $2.78😢 I showed him the problem, pointed out the busted fuse which I had already did the labor and tested it and because it was Saturday I couldn’t buy the fuse at my local AC store so they charged me 230 dollars to replace a fuse!!! This is absolutely unacceptable and if we don’t come to an agreement something is going to happen. Im going to add an update to this review! A nice lady from Hiller reached out to me from this review about 2 hours after I made it and sorted everything out. She went above and beyond by calling me and was nice, professional, and personable she took care of me. Thank you Hiller for fixing the issue and you should give that woman a raise!
