Trustworthy, skilled, quick to respond, and last but not least ethical. Another company tried selling me an entire new furnace and ac, Hilliard had the gas valve on my furnace fixed before the other company could even get a part to attempt to fix it. My only call for HVAC going forward.

Jason & Tyler recently installed a new Payne furnace & AC in my home and I'm so happy, geeky I know, but honestly the peace of mind I have now is immeasurable. It removes the worry about these necessities for years to come for me. They were friendly, efficient, clean and knowledgeable, answering my many questions. When I called for service, not only dis I get a live person instead of an answering machine, but also got someone who was knowledgeable about the services they provided, and was very nice and friendly. I was set up with a prompt appointment and the owner, Greg, who is very professional and efficient, didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, and repaired my furnace in 30 minutes for a fair and reasonable price. Highly recommended.
