As a resident at Pointe Grand this past year, I have an honest review. Leasing team does a great job of getting you squared away, and leased. They’re professional and polite - especially Maliya! The facilities are new and we’re grateful for that, but other aspects could improve. If you move here, please reschedule all of your hardships and difficulties for when you leave here because if you have any, rent is still due! And God forbid you have any difficulties because they can block the payment methods that you use and demand that you pay the way they want you to, according to your lease. This is inconvenient! I stood in the manager’s office just for her to tell me she has the ability to adjust my payment methods, but she’s just not gonna do so. I have rent so just take my payment! 🙄 Then

DONT MOVE HERE!!! My review for the apartment so far and posted : The issues arose following my relocation from one state to another. An inaccurate lease agreement compounded by communication gaps led to initial challenges. Upon entering my supposedly brand new apartment, resembling the model unit, I encountered a distressing infestation of roaches. This significantly compromised my comfort, as evidenced by an unsettling first night devoid of sleep. Matters worsened when roaches were discovered in food items and within the shower area. Additionally, rusted racks in the linen closet, a corroded shower floor, and a scratched stove, seemingly the source of the infestation, further marred the living experience. I wouldn’t recommend moving to any apartment management by Hillpointe. The pointe grand apartments are poorly designed, build, maintained and managed. The prices are crazy steep for the low or lack of amenities, parking is terrible there isn’t enough parking spots for the amount of units they have not even by half. Just seems Hillpointe is out for profits they don’t really care about their tenants.

Beverly Villas is a Godsend for me… brand new, plenty of room (more than I had at my previous apartment), quiet community, nice sidewalks for daily strolls, many amenities… management and maintenance are very responsive

I moved in almost a month ago and have really enjoyed my apartment. The staff is very responsive to answering questions and fixing any issues that you have, if any.
